About Helen Barker
Gracious, hospitable, caring, and optimistic are four characteristics that describe Helen Barker.
Her lifelong endeavors included family, friends, Christian education, and athletics. Helen shared her commitment to others through these venues by her generosity and words of encouragement. She was passionate to see people reach their full potential as scholars and athletes.
About the Fieldhouse
The new Fieldhouse will provide long overdue championship-caliber facilities for Calvary student-athletes and football staff, including locker rooms, training and weight rooms, and coaches’ offices. A designated weight room for football will maximize training for athletes, and the new locker rooms will provide a safe, sanitary space to accommodate the growing number of varsity football players.
Completing the new Fieldhouse will not only benefit Calvary’s football program, but will also bring positive change to other areas of the Calvary campus. Other varsity and middle school sports will be able to utilize the existing weight and training facilities, and eliminating the current temporary locker rooms will open up space for future development and repurposing.
